We are a small family business focused entirely on exceeding our client’s high expectations. Our service both to the property owner and the tenant is always of a high standard. We are looking to add quality property to our residential portfolio. We manage property for the individual who may have one or two properties; we also manage large investment property portfolios for the corporate client. Our services will always be tailored to the individuals needs. We do a lettings only service in addition to a full property management service.

Should I let or sell my property?

This will always depend on the individuals circumstances. However it is worth taking the following into consideration when deciding.

If your property was bought relatively recently say in the last 3 years, the chances are it may have lost some of its value. If you can afford to keep hold of it and ride the current storm, then renting the property out and gaining a good rental return will be worth it in the long term. The rental market is growing and there will always be a need for good quality accommodation in South Manchester. The market will pick up and finance will be more readily available, at which point it may be time to put your property back on the market.

What are the benefits of Railton-Meeks managing my property?
