Railton-Meeks are a Didsbury property management and letting agents, founded in 2006 by Tara Meeks as a vehicle to manage her expanding property portfolio.  The client base gradually grew  with many of the original clients still with the business today.

The team at RM pride themselves in providing a personable one to one service for their clients, nothing is too much trouble, their endeavour is to exceed your expectations in service and value.  With 17 years in the lettings business, Tara the Managing Director is as enthusiastic towards letting your property as ever.  Your properties will be looked after as one of their own.

Today RM manages a mixture of HMO and professional flats and houses. Helping many different types of Landlords with their property investments.  RM has a strong administration team, and a core group of tradespeople and an ‘In House’ Maintenance Team for the smaller jobs.

Sylwia has been with Railton-Meeks just over two years and provides a very ‘hands on’ proactive role in managing each and every one of our landlords properties.

Carrying out regular property inspections as well as dealing with the tenant and client queries in a timely and efficient manner. Sylwia ensures accurate client reports are prepared to the correct specifications and issued to clients in accordance with agreed timescales.

‘I worked in a Letting Agency in Fallowfield in the heart of the student village, and gained valuable experience of HMO management – this is where my organisational skills were honed – managing many students and HMO landlords.  I thoroughly enjoyed the fast paced student market, and the buzz of a busy office. After 5 years I started a family and set up my own business, and gathered numerous clients. I have always found a great satisfaction in doing the best for my clients, and have a long history with many of them.

‘My vision is to increase the number of clients RM has, but to ensure that each and every client still receives the one to one service they benefit from today’.
I am very hands on in the day to day running of the business, but also appreciate the importance of a work life balance. My interests outside the office are focused on the outdoors life style, and pushing myself physically in also sorts of new activities. I believe life is to be lived to the full.
