We will conduct an in depth telephone interview ensuring we have your exact requirements, your preferences and your lifestyle needs.

Home Search

We conduct an extensive search of properties available in your key areas, speaking to developers and private vendors alike for your ideal property.

Preliminary viewing

After establishing our shortlist of suitable properties which cover your requirements, we carry out preliminary viewings, taking video footage if required and our own notes so that you can get a proper feel for the property before viewing, and eliminate a property if appropriate.

Once you have looked through our findings and decided which properties you would like to view, we will arrange block over a one or two day period, saving time your time.

Accompanied viewing of properties.

During the viewings, we will draw your attention to any pros and cons and record important feedback from you.
